The U1000 is designed for single motor drive applications with requirements to power regeneration and low harmonics such as lifts, escalators, HVAC machinery, hoists, centrifuges, and many others.
The Yaskawa D1000 regenerative converter unit saves energy and space. Suitable for both regenerative individual drives and systems of AC drives, servo axes or robots, the D1000 feeds excess braking energy back into the grid instead of converting it into heat. This not only reduces energy consumption and cost but also contributes to the protection of our environment.
The R1000 regenerative braking unit is a smart and efficient alternative to dynamic braking for single or multi-axis drive installations with a high amount regenerative motor operation. Suitable for both regenerative individual drives and systems of inverter drives, servo axis or robots, the R1000 feeds excess braking energy back into the power grid instead of dissipating it as heat.

Yaskawa’s A1000 range of Inverter Drives are able to be adapted to run specialised firmware enabling them to meet the specialised demands of their users. We are are able to assist in the installation of this firmware on request.
EMC filters are devices that are designed to smooth out electrical noise or imbalances that may have a negative impact on the operation of your system. Many of the newer models of inverter have EMC filters fitted as standard, if you are unsure if this is the case with your inverter please feel free to contact us.
Yaskawa have designed a range of LED/LCD Digital Operators to allow for remote control of your inverter or for the purpose of mounting a control pad on the outer case of a control panel. The design and functionality of these devices change slightly depending on the series of inverter you are using, so we advise contacting us if you are unsure which Digital Operator is right for you.
3 options for encoder feedback cards are available for control modes requiring a PG encoder for motor feedback, for example in closed loop vector mode in A1000 or GA700 inverters.
PG-X3 – Line driver
Phase A, B, and Z pulse (differential pulse) inputs (RS-422), PG frequency range: up to 300 kHz (approx.), Power supply output for PG: +5 V or +12 V.
PG-B3 – HTL, Open Collector
Phase A, B, and Z pulse inputs (complementary type), PG frequency range: Approx. 50 kHz max, Power supply output for PG: +12 V.
PG-RT3 – Resolver
For resolvers such as the TS2640N321E64, 10 kHz maximum input frequency, for A1000 above version S1017 only, use with all GA700 versions possible.
These easy to install Communication cards allow for control of the inverter via a fieldbus network. They are available for a wide range of networks on every Yaskawa AC inverter product range.
