Yaskawa Inverter Drives
Yaskawa is one of the world’s largest inverter drive manufacturers, a position achieved through superb quality, reliability and continuous technological developments. Yaskawa’s range include excellent general purpose drives, and drives optimised for specialist applications.
GA500 Inverter
The GA500 microdrive is a brand new inverter range from Yaskawa. Having been designed with size and flexibility in mind it is able to master nearly any application. This drive comes with a variety of functions and features which add with setup/installation and can help to extend the life of the drive.
GA700 Inverter
GA700 Outstanding new inverter from Yaskawa. The usual superb control that you would expect from a Yaskawa inverter with effortless setup and integration. Available from 0.55kW to 630kW in 400v (up to 480v) three phase input and 0.55kW to 110kW in 200v three phase input. Integrated SIL3 STO safety function and reduced footprint. Suitable for Induction Motors, Permanent Magnet Motors (interior and surface mount) and Synchronous Reluctance Motors.
Legacy Drives
The Yaskawa J1000 series of inverters has now been discontinued by the manufacturer. Once our existing stocks of these drives have gone, we will be unable to order in more.
The Yaskawa V1000 and A1000 series drives are set to be discontinued as of the end of 2023. We are advising all customers to place any orders for these drives before the end of November 2023 to ensure they can be fulfilled.

A1000 Inverter
The A1000 includes next generation product features that provide remarkable technical advantages giving exceptional drive performance and energy saving benefits for induction motor and permanent magnet control. Drives include functional safety features, easy start up and reliable operation. Available for 200v and 400v (up to 480V) three phase supplies with outputs from 0.75kW to 355kW
V1000 Inverter
V1000 General purpose inverter with open loop vector control utilising cutting-edge motor control technology to give great performance and flexibility. The V1000 is an excellent general purpose inverter giving exceptional lifetime and reliability that set the benchmark for the inverter industry. Advanced design and open loop vector control give outstanding speed control. Available for single phase and three phase supplies with outputs from 0.18kW to 18.5kW.
J1000 Inverter
J1000 Highly cost effective general purpose inverter with open loop vector control utilising cutting-edge motor control technology to give great performance and flexibility. The J1000 is the replacement for the highly successful J7 range of inverters and has exceptionally easy set-up (plug and play). Available in single phase and three phase with outputs from 0.2kW to 5.5kW.
