Shipping & Returns

We understand that very often control system components are required quickly and hence, delivery is of the essence.

UK mainland deliveries: 

• For items indicated as being available on next working day delivery, the order and payment must be received before 1:00 p.m.*
• Saturday deliveries can be organised at extra charge, please call our sales office to arrange.*
• Express or same day deliveries are available for some products at extra charge, please call our sales office to see if your order qualifies.*
• Items on backorder or not stocked in the UK are ineligible for next day delivery, estimated lead times for these products can usually be found in the products description. Express delivery on these items may still be available in some cases, please call our sales office to see if your order qualifies.
• Some extended postcode areas of the UK mainland are unfortunately ineligible for free deliveries.

Non UK mainland deliveries: 

• At this time we are unable to process overseas deliveries via the online shop. Please contact our sales office to process your order and arrange delivery.
• Deliveries to customers outside of the UK mainland are ineligible for free deliveries. 
• Please note that estimated delivery dates listed on this site are based on delivery to the UK mainland and are likely to be inaccurate for deliveries outside the region.

Returns: 

• Please contact +44 (0) 151 334 4555 to arrange the return of a part. If the part is not used and in a resalable condition then we will refund the cost less a small restocking charge.
