Why do I need a handset?

  • Simplification of user training – Our handsets are built with your needs in mind. Modern inverters come with a vast array of functions built in. These take time to learn and can be overwhelming for new operators. We cut away the fat, distilling everything you need down to a handful of buttons. Simple to use and simple to learn. 

 

  • Improved safety and security – Due to their nature inverters are usually located in hazardous areas. Our handsets can be designed to work around any such situation. Cable lengths, high IP rated casings, mounting systems; all of these can be tailored to ensure that any operator can be placed far away from any potential hazard. Similarly, external controls also allow for the inverter itself to be located well away from any external hazards that may damage it.

*Handsets are IP66 as standard but can be designed up to IP69K rating. Some button and cable gland options may not be possible at higher ratings.
